Important Information

Here by all the shareholders and clients are informed that:

1. All the deposit account can have inherited member.
2. You are requested to register your inheritor names at bank's main office in share department.
3. All the shareholders who have not taken their share office are requested to take their certificates from bank's main office.
4. If any postal address has been changed then bank should be informed in writing.
5. Shareholders are requested to bring their ID proof for any bank transaction. Those members who have not got their ID proofs are requested to get their proofs by themselves. For more details contact the bank's share department.
6. Current shareholders of the bank can get credit up to Rs. 5,00,000 (Five Lakh) with the help of only two guarantors.
7. Shareholders are requested to pay their loan amount with the interest every month.
8. Guarantor has to understand that they are fully responsible for the loan credit taken by their fellow mates and will take note of depositing the full amount with interest at the time given.
9. Creditors are informed for the interest charged and the time and amount of loan to be paid. But it’s not the duty of the bank to give this information to the creditors or guarantor and bank is not responsible for it. All the creditors have to pay the credit amount on time.
10. Board of directors have a detailed discussion on credit application. The creditor must show ability to repay, income proof, market transactions, etc. with required documents and photo copy of creditor and guarantor.
11. All types of cash credit has a limit of one year. Before one month of expiration, renewal application and information should be sent to the bank.
12. All the shareholders and depositors must follow KYC norms as per RBI. Required documents must be submitted and should be present at the time.

Required KYC Documents:

• Photo: Real and current (for all names mentioned in the account)
• Photo ID Proof: PAN card / Election Card / Driving Licence / Passport (any one)
• Address Proof: Electricity bill copy / Passport copy / Telephone bill / Election card / Driving licence copy (any one)

Note: As per RBI instructions, every member and account holder must complete C-KYC and submit Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Form 60 as soon as possible.
